I'm a User Experience Research Consultant, Author, and Speaker. I have over 40 years of experience in the human factors, usability, and UX research fields. I’ve worked on things as diverse as the design of NASA’s International Space Station to a wide variety of web sites and apps. In addition to 70+ publications in the field, I’ve co-authored two books: "Measuring the User Experience" and "Beyond the Usability Lab".
