Mahima is a Visual Designer in the Big Picture Visualization Group at Google Brain, where she designs digital products and interfaces in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. As a part of Google's People + AI Research Initiative, Mahima explores the relationship between design practices, design thinking and Machine Learning.

Before joining Google, Mahima worked at MIT's Design Lab and at Ion Interactive. Mahima has a terminal degree in Information Design & Visualization from Northeastern University, (Boston, MA), where she now teaches. She studied design at Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
