I am a certified UX Strategist with over 10 years experience at running and growing UX teams within Agile environments. I am currently running a UX discipline across 3 different countries. Our UX department stretches from Boston to Romania via the U.K. Within these 3 sites we are running about 6 major software projects and within these projects, around 15 Agile teams.
