I've been working in digital product design for over 20 years. I started as a Web Designer in 1998 in NYC but expanded to learn Web Development pretty quickly. I made a personal pivot and decided to stop focusing on how to build a product, to focusing on how to build the right product with focus on the disciplines of UX and Product Design like User Research, Information Architecture, Content Strategy, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Usability Testing. I now work as the Director of Design for a FinTech company in downtown Boston.
